About the NIFL
NIFL (National Indoor Flag League) is a premier platform where elite athletes and come to compete, elevate, and separate themselves from the rest.
Built as a national indoor flag football league sanctioned by AAU, NIFL provides a high-level, structured environment designed for athletes who are serious about their development and ready to rise above the competition.
Athletes compete first at the regional level, testing their skill, discipline, and mindset against other top competitors. From there, the best performers earn the opportunity to rise beyond, positioning themselves for championship competition both nationally and internationally with elite recognition.
At NIFL, every rep is an opportunity. Every game is a chance to grow. Every athlete is building something bigger than the moment.
