Powered by Elite Athletics Sports Academy, NIFL is a premium developmental and competitive indoor 5v5 flag football league inspired by Olympic and professional-style play. With pathways ranging from grassroots athlete development to elite competition, athletes have the opportunity to learn, compete, and elevate through specialized training and an elevated GameTime experience.

Designed for athletes ages 10–18 seeking high-level 5v5 competition in Olympic and pro-style formats. Structured league play, playoffs, and increased game reps help athletes sharpen skills, build confidence, improve stamina, and compete beyond traditional rec leagues.

All games are played at Elite Sports Complex in a temperature-controlled environment with bleacher seating and concessions.

Powered by EA Sports Academy, the NIFL Development Pathway is designed for grassroots athletes beginning their journey in flag football. Athletes focus on skill development, movement training, confidence, and teamwork in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.

Gameplay is centered around scrimmage-style competition and player development rather than high-level league standings, with a pro style season-ending game experience to showcase growth and progress.

Elevated Standards

NIFL delivers an elevated game-day experience with CIF-certified referee officials and elite competition environments. Athletes compete on indoor turf in a temperature-controlled facility featuring bleacher seating, concessions, and premium competition standards.
